  : Actually everything was in place, excellent location, lees than 10 minutes walking to every place of interest in Siena, very comfortable and spacefull room, and Giovanni was kind at his on way and he also knew exactly what to answer to our questions.
  : Everything was ok.

  : Giovanni was very welcoming and helpful.
  : The room I had was up a un bee of flights. This was fine for me but if you had knee trouble or elderly best ask if there is a Rome below.

  : The apartment was really humid, thus smelling bad. There wasn’t enough of hot water for 2 showers.

  : Location is ok, friendly and helpful owner
  : Our room wasn't described properly. We were supposed to have a bathroom in the room. In fact, two rooms offered have their private bathrooms but outside the rooms what made our stay a bit uncomfortable. No fridge in the room. In peak season it would helpful to store cold drinks. Apartment is on the top floor with no elevator. Stinky smell in the hall (I guess the age of the buildings give this specific smell).

  : Great location, comfortable bed, clean. Overall very good and well worth the price.
  : Note to those with disabilities/heavy luggage, it’s on the top floor of a 4 story house, no elevator and small-ish stairs, so keep that in mind.

  : Very big and very comfortable room. The owner has been really kind with us, he gave us a city map and a very helpful guide. We enjoyed this stay and we will certainly come back.
